Setting CIDCW

Question:

How do I set caller ID on call waiting?

Answer:

CIDCW sets the Caller ID on Call Waiting (CIDCW) displays the name and number of an incoming call while you are on the line.

There are 2 ways to set the option. Your phone should automatically have the feature on.

For most models:

  1. Press and hold the CID/menu button on your handset until the menu is desplayed.
  2. Use you volume v arrow until you see CIDCW. Use select button to set the feature to on.
  3. Press end to return to standby mode.

For all other models:

1) Enter the Global Setup menu, and then the CIDCW
submenu

2) Press volume up/down to select "CW On/CWDX On, CW
On/CWDX Off, or CW Off/CW DX Off", and then press the
"OK" soft key. You will hear a confirmation tone.
